This team is getting to grow up and learn while continuing to win games.
I think the State game will tell us exactly how the rest of the season will go.
If we struggle like we did against Arkansas, I say we have 2-3 losses.
If we come out like the USC game, then I say we only lose one game.
We have as much of a shot as anyone in the division considering how everyone else has played.

If we don't play better than we've played the last 4 weeks we won't win many more. I've never seen a team get worse each week like this one has.

Literally everything he posts is negative with zero substance or reasoning why. I mean I get everyone is entitled to their opinion but

I'm hoping for 10-2, but navigating the ship rest of the way is going to be like sailing through a hurricane. I think we lose to the Alabama teams, win the rest, although no game left in the SEC is a clear-cut victory. I thought Arkansas would be, and look what happened. But not because we sucked or they suck.... they've shown a lot of improvement from last year...especially on the defensive side.

I agree that I expected to do better against Arky as well, but watching the game, a big part of the issue was just the offense being out of sync. I think that was self inflected, not caused by Arky, I hope it was a wakeup call that they need to get it together.

I agree we hurt ourselves. The other thing to consider is that Arkansas is the exact kind of team that is built to give a team like TAMU problems. Football is a game predicated upon matchups, and Arkansas had enough advantages on their side of the ball to level the playing field despite the talent disparity. I believe we'll match up more favorably with most of the rest of our West foes going forward, but time of course will tell.

I said anywhere from 10 and 2 to 8 and 4. I still stand by this. If anyone gets thru the west unscathed it'll be one helluva feat. If we can improve a little each week and the ball bounces our way a time or two we could go 11 and 1 but I don't believe that's gonna happen.
