That could be a nice pick up. As long as we stay in the transfer market we should be in pretty good shape. Sheffield would be a huge get and he's enrolled at blinn I believe which would make him eligible next season along with Merrit. Those are difference makers from a talent perspective.

The #1 JUCO CB in the country is also at Blinn this year. He is committed to Bama. Jake Hubenack and Damion Ratley need to go back to Blinn and recruit for thier team next year. I'm sure they still know a bunch of the staff and players.

Some speculation Peevy could be a potential offensive tackle. Apparently he committed to Baylor as an OT.
If he does flip over to offense, we'll still need at least 2 more DTs in this class.

Peevy is a former basketball player who was originally evaluated as a 6'6" 279# OT prospect when he committed to BU. None of the sites have performed the evaluations for him as a 6'6" 290# DL prospect.

247 just bumped the kid up to an 89 ranking and said he has a shot at a 4th star. Said he's got great DT potential.
We arent looking at Peevy as an OT but as a DT, Baylor wanted him as an OT- the kid is very versatile but he will play defense for us.

What is the story on Joshua Rogers? It sounds like he was ready to make a commitment and then changed the date.

I read on either TA or 247 that his coach intervened and convinced him to push back the commitment decision to make sure he evaluates all his options fully. It also said his decision to announce his commitment was out of left field.
