Does David Cutcliffe do an about face and decide that he wants to coach the Vols now?

Cut brings the experience and play calling.
Tee brings the goons.
Steele brings the nasty defense.

Kevin Steele as head coach and I am finished.
Hilarious that we have told Leach to frick off so we can have legends day at Neyland every Saturday.

Do you think that will happen?
If we are going to try for Tee as OC/HCIW, Id like to see if Phil could pull Cutcliffe in that scenario

No idea. Most people want Tee in some capacity. I really DNGAF as long as Kevin Steele isn't the next head coach.
Any hire is going to be underwhelming but Steele has to be off limits.

Agree with vf30...do NOT want Steele as HC no matter the staff.
Edit: And would not mind Cut with Elite coordinators. Cut was the main reason for UT's success imo.

hire tee as a recruiting coordinator? Sure.. as a head coach FUK NO.. as an OC no thanks. The dude doesnt even call all the plays where he is. Not enough experience. Why hasnt he been up for any mid major jobs? Then all of a sudden he is going to be the savior for Tennessee? As far as steele goes, its been known for years the dude is a mental case who pukes and cant eat on gameday, has to get an IV and passes out because of nerves. And has called plays not in the playbook. Thats EXACTLY the combination we need to take us to the promise land

I'm still salty over the Leach situation myself.
I'd love to have to Tee back. Strong no on both Steele or Cut as HC.

These are my thoughts as well. And If Tee is named HC we need to be spending some major coin on coordinators.

Cutcliffe would be great to bring Tee along. He could also groom him on being OC as well. Not sure Cutcliffe wants to have to build another program again.

Despite our record, this job is nowhere near the massive rebuild it was in 2013. There's a lot of talent here imo. This team just completely quit on Butch after the Florida game
