Doesn't sound like Butch is going anywhere but still early in the carousel.

Mahoney and Debord both seem very unlikely to be back. I could see Shoop being allowed to bring in 2 or 3 of his own guys on D as well. Martinez and then Thig would be most likely to depart on that side of the ball.

It's still not comforting. As long as Lyle is here he will continue to convince himself that his offensive system is literally the best in the country, continue to think everyone else is ignorant, and continue to tell the public to kiss his 2014 taxslayer championship ring.

Maybe Butch will get bitten by a radioactive Mike Ditka and develop super coaching powers.... or at least above average coaching powers.

To be fair, his offense is really good. Our issues with consistency have been due to an incompetent oline coach and a unimaginative OC.

I prayed for the dark magic this season and it did not happen. Butch is so bad that devil doesn't want his soul.

Setting a school record in rushing yards? Dobbs being a top 10 school QB? I mean the offense works, it's similar to Oregon's/Ohio State's it's just that the guys calling plays have been garbage.

The weakness of the o line has been a huge handicap also which falls on mahoney and debored
