There is no warning at all. And as much noise that usually accompanies explosive diarrhea I suppose 
I personally would take the explosive shits... one breath per minute sounds torturous.

Funny story.
We had a new guy start at work not long ago. Been cutting up and joking around with him, BSing about the Vols at lunch, etc.
Find out today... he is Jeff Smith, Vols TE who caught the winning TD pass in the 86 Sugar Bowl vs Miami. Went on to play for the Falcons and Giants with Lawrence Taylor

Guess I'd take the shits I like to do outdoors stuff and wouldn't be able to do them. My wife and kids might chose the 1 breath a minutes if I get the explosive shits.
