Out 8 weeks was what I heard today. That would put him back by the South Carolina game if all goes well.

It looks like Butch will be fighting to get Curt a 6th year of eligibility after the injury

Tennessee will explore getting a 6th year for injured DE-OLB Curt Maggitt, who missed 2013 due to torn ACL v. Missouri in 2012.

Honestly, if I were Maggit, I'm gone after this year.

Wish he would stay, but the man has given his all for Tennessee, and is ready for the NFL.

I agree. he should go get paid for his hard work. He is a very talented athlete and seems like a great young man. Everyone I know that has interacted with him has talked about him glowingly.

They're trying to get another year of availability for next year if that says anything about what his status is.

With as injury prone as he's been, I'm heading to the league if someone will take a chance on me.

He had an internship with my company last year and everybody loved him from what I'm told. Seems like a great guy. Hope he does well with what ever he chooses to do.
