Hugeloss already. Was getting great reports out of camp. Our receivers have no experience outside of Jennings now.

Starters are Jennings, Callaway and Williams. Smith, Johnson and Byrd were 2nd unit before this.

How? How is it a loss when we have never even had him? I mean he has been on the roster what 5 yrs? But spent 6 yrs on the IR.

Losing a good veteran player at a position we are young and extremely inexperienced at hurts. You are right that Smith has spent the majority of his career here in the training room, but he has made some great plays when healthy.

IMO, Smith's talent level is underestimated by our fanbase, but it looks like he is just too fragile to play football.

Unfortunately par for the course. I don't think Smith has gone more than 6 months during his time at UT without having some type of injury. Wish him the best.

It might be a sprained shoulder instead and he is expected back by Florida.
