John Lilly hired as Analyst

Apparently you guys have added former Dawgs TE coach John Lilly as an off field analyst.

He was one of the better coaches on Richt's staff in the latter years. Spent the last couple of years in the NFL.

If memory serves and I could definitely be wrong, I think he also was the OC/playcaller in the belk bowl in '14 after Bobo had already left for CSU.

Lilly was one of our top recruiters. And he was a well respected offensive mind.

Great pickup as a support staffer. Not only does this support the offensive planning. But it puts pressure on the top coaches to work hard because there is a qualified resume' that is pushing just on the outside.

Competition builds discomfort. Discomfort pushes effort. Effort pushes success. Success helps recruiting. Recruiting wins big games.
