David Blackburn is the only choice that should receive a phone call.

I'd be happy with Fulmer having some sort of role in the AD. I don't really care who it is as long as the person is competent and has better people skills than Hart.

Blackburn. Yes. We aren't hiring a "big name" AD. Hire the guy that has experience doing the job as an AD (not like Hamilton who was only good at raising money), Tennessee ties, keeps the NCAA away, has Tennessee's best interest at heart. I also want someone who will not give golden Hamilton parachute buyouts for failure but who isn't afraid to spend money when it's necessary.

I know Hart isn't the most popular guy and I have certainly had some issues with some of his decisions but God dammit I would've liked to have had a few years of stability while having successful football/somewhat successful basketball teams

Blackburn and give Fulmer some type of paid advisor role of some sort.
