Totally Fictional Narrative. In June of 2010 Altee Tenpenny blows up at a combine. He becomes a national recruit of interest. People inside of NLR with Alabama affiliations know that coach Bolding isn't completely happy. In August of 2010, the North Little Rock Athletic Foundation is formed with the purpose of funneling money to North Little Rock and coach Brad Bolding for the purpose of influencing players and improving NLR athletics. Money comes in from boosters wanting to support the school and from Bama boosters eyeing a payoff. Bolding accepts the money with the idea that he will be able to influence Tenpenny to go there and if he delivers, he can get the funds and resources he wants to make NLR the major program in football and continue to bring in players. February 2013, Tenpenny signs with Alabama and fresh cash from the booster program rolls in. He uses this cash to pay for KJ Hill's parents to move to NLR and provices KJ's dad a job. KJ is committed to Arkansas but Bolding keeps informing his parents that Alabama will take better financial care of KJ and that his commit should change. KJ wants to be a Razorback and resists. On January 17th, The University of Arkansas catches wind of the scheme, most likely from a NLR supporter in the foundation that isn't pro-Alabama. They tip off the school. Sources inside the school tip off Alabama. On January 18th, KJ Hill decommits as his offer is rescinded and Altee Tenpenny transfers from Alabama as the potential booster connection might be investigated and he is a liability. Bolding is suspended as head coach. Alabama and Arkansas are now both not touching KJ. Ohio State swoops in since they don't mind bought and paid for players.
