OMG OMG...I'm melting because some twit on a message board says so. If I'm melting, all CFB fans need to melt: I have never paid 1 dollar to join any site to follow any kid who is being recruited to play football at LSU or any other school. I have never followed any kid who is being recruited on any form of social media. I rarely post on any recruiting board. I probably won't post on signing day (don't think I ever have). Check my post history. I won't seek them out on twitter, facebook or any other form of social media to tell them not to come back to the state. If you read the OP closely, I was actually laying out an argument for why I don't ever melt.
The old "I'm not melting, I promise" melt.

If we are being honest, this thread was made to stir up Bama fans. But seeing as though we are being honest, the thread does kind of have some merit to it...
Obviously alot of these are overstatements by the OP, but how many of them have really gone on to be good players? Eddie Lacy, Landon Collins, Tim Williams, and Cam Robinson. Some still TBD. I would have loved to have those guys, but I feel like the majority that I have melted over have gone on to be average. Probably most notable was Bradley Sylve, we wanted him so badly....

Research melt. It's glorious. We get it. Louisiana players are overrated and thuggy. They should be grateful Alabama allowed them to achieve something in life.

Was that the game that was tied 0-0 heading into the 4th quarter until bama held three players in 1 play to take the lead?
Oh yeah, I remember.
Same game Alabama was about to take a 14-0 lead until a phantom false start at the 1 was called.

Well documented! We tend to get caught up in the "ones that got away" when in reality it's miniscule compared to the numbers game. Still..... would have been AWESOME to have Cam Robinson and Landon Collins stay home. They are above-average college players and will be above-average professionally as well. Props to them for making a "business" decision and it working out for them.
'Bama can only hold our old coach hostageand those natty's over our head for so long. Better days ahead for LSU! Geaux Tigers

I don't spend half my life on a message board, kid.
You really need to try it.
I am currently trying to decide if I will sell some of my stocks or buy some options Puts to insure my portfolio as the stock market is at all-time levels. I will then go to the gym for an hour and then head off to the office to make it rain.
I will usually scan these boards a few times throughout the day to find you posting from your parents garage that they let you live in until you get a real job.
The content of the OP speaks for itself and I know it hit hard emotionally, because most of the replies from bama fans are deflective and defensive.
I even added the snarky commentary to make sure you all swallowed the hook. It works every time....EVERY Damn Time.
Have a great day. Drive safely as you deliver pizza's up and down Veterans Hwy tonight.

I just parked my Lambo to hop in my Ferrari. I also will make it rain. We can say anything on a message board. Doesn't take away the fact that Alabama has broke you as a CFB fan.

About as badly as 1993-2009 for bama fans I would imagine.
Alabama played in more SECCGs during that stretch than LSU did.

I heard most of them don't have the stomach for big boy football. They just take the easy road.

Yeah it's like they come to Alabama and don't have to work for it. LSU fans will say anything to help with the insomnia that Alabama football has skullfricked into them.

Devall was a solid college football player.

I'd disagree.
Anywho the OP definitely is melting but by all the responses it appears that he isn't the only one.
