I'm not upset. I was just pointing why I figure this thread was aimed at UT

I figured, most of you Dawgs seem like good people.

There were some people that were mad as frick though. I got a good laugh every time I saw a new ranking thread this past summer.

UGA (assuming Pruitt) offered

Yeah, Pruitt offered yesterday, he committed today.

It is 12 months to go, just like every other '15 recruit. I'm strangely not that worried that he'll flip. I think he is solid.

I'm friends with his coaches. But these are hs kids and they change their minds for the strangest reasons.

Chuma has given me whiplash, but i believe he and Swinney end up in Knoxville. Any reason you believe otherwise?

If Swinney can get over the depth chart at UGA, he'll be a Dawg. He wants to be a Dawg. If he can't get over having Marshall/Michel/Chubb/etc in front of him, it'll be a free for all and you guys will be in very good position.

I think we get Chuma and probably Taj too. Though I'll admit that I think Taj would probably have a better career if he went to Oregon.

I don't think we get Taj. At least not right now.

Isn't Griffin and Chuma some sort of package deal?

I'd be ok with that. If he is the only back in the class, I think we can get Swinney.

They've said that, but most package deals tend to be inconsequential. They'll go in their best interests in the end. Might be at the same place, might not

They are your typical HS teammate friends. They "want" to play together, it would be neat. Ultimately though, it is unlikely to play a huge factor in their respective decisions. All other things being equal, it might sway one of them one way or another, but I wouldn't expect it to matter at all.

That's what I figured.

Back to Swinney. He's a Vol. Deal with it.

This year, yes. But this is possibly the strongrest hs class TN has ever had. You guys haven't been much better than KY historically.

Key word historically

Historically our coaching staffs haven't made TN such a priority.

currently it is.

ETA: The 2015 TN class won't have the top end talent of 2014, but it will be deeper top to bottom.

2016 could be better than both.
