QB- Cornwell has a chance
RB- Bo won't
WR- None
OT- C-Rob should be the LT
OG- Dom Jackson may start at RG or RT
DE- Da'Shawn Hand needs to see a lot of PT whether it be DE or Jack
SAM LB- Christian Miller may not start, but should be the backup imo
CB- Tony Brown and Marlon if we get him should both see a lot of PT, imo
S- Hootie should see some PT
P- JK Scott will probably be the punter

No one in the Bama class, sans the JUCO guys, will crack the two deep until late in the season.

Tony Brown has a chance to make it earlier than anyone else, but that's about it.

I see a bunch of redshirts in the future for the Bama Class of 2014.

anyone on campus for spring that are new croots have a shot to break into the PT. Especially with word coming out about the kids not buying into the process. We still have a handful of kids who are going to be processed to make way for an incoming class of 25-28. I think there will be a surprise. NOw breaking into the 2 deep may be hard to do but I think TB has the biggest chance and any JUCO OL

Dee Liner got playing time this year. Granted it was only 2 plays, but it was playing time. That's not starting or cracking the two deep.

We don't have any that play the same positions as the kids we are bringing in for this class.

Again, other than the JUCOs I don't see anyone breaking the two deep unless it is late in the season.

Probably Jarran Reed, Dom Jackson, and DJ Pettway. Gets a little tricky with OL spots to say Cam Robinson, Bama couldn't find a starting spot for Cyrus Kouandjio his 1st year either.

Many will play though, if Bama views them as 3 year players, they don't usually redshirt them. Robinson, Hand, maybe Bo or Brown. The depth chart isn't easy to climb at RB, but sometime it still happens.

Lot of special team and scout players. Keith Holcombe has already been told he's on every ST unit for '14.

I think Wingo, Toss and Taylor all have a shot to crack the two deep in the secondary.

If we can flip Hendrix he would likely be in the two deep as well.

Safety CJ Hampton (deep at position but he's too good to keep off the field)

DE Marquis Haynes (rotated in on passing downs)

OG Fahn Cooper might start, will play

OG Rod Taylor same thing as Cooper

ATH Jeremy Liggins won't start at any position but he could see time at three of them

LB Christian Russell will play at MLB when DT is on the sideline or with his hand in the dirt

WR Markell Pack will be behind Treadwell, Sanders and QA but will get a lot of snaps with Moncrief gone

DE Breeland Speaks will play two spots along the line and will see more playing time as the season progresses

DE Garrald McDowell will see lots of early time

CB Kendarius Webster may start a game or two if he matures quickly like some of the freshmen last year

TE Sammie Epps will be the second TE after Engram

DE Victor Evans will be in on passing downs and may see time at LB
The rest will see a minimal snaps, special teams play or just a redshirt.

Will his arm be healed by spring?

I think so. He doesn't appear to need surgery.

It's possible then. That's a lot of inexperience in your secondary. Fortunately for you guys, your first few opponents should pose no threat.

I think Trey Quinn is the most ready to play early.

Fournette is the most ready to play early in the '14 class. Quinn will contribute, but I'm not ready to write off our current receivers on the roster.

CB Nick Ruffin- may crack 2 deep

I personally think he's got the best chance of all freshman defensive commits to contribute early and often. He's the most physically ready for his position.

I just can't see Humphrey playing at corner his first year. He's way too light for the way y'all use them. I could see him as a kick or punt returner but that isn't a need that you have right now.

Your list looks good to me. I know we're all excited to see what Myles Garrett can do to improve our, umm... defense.

Off-topic just a bit, but I noticed 247sports' composite rankings today and this is just crazy.

National rankings
1 Alabama
3 LSU
5 Texas A&M
6 Tennessee
7 Auburn
9 Florida
10 Georgia

That's right: 7 of the top 10 nationally are SEC teams. Holy cow.

And 10 of the Top 20.

Arky, Mizzou, State, and Vandy bringing up the rear outside of the Top 20.

Nothing new. Just won the East with similar classes. Our staff is just better than most at evaluation and development.

UFs OL recruits will be given a chance to play early and crack the two deep...any injuries and it will be necessary Im afraid. Don't know if any will start...but like most true frosh...the midway point of the season is usually when the light bulb goes off for the best ones. In 2015 we will have a very greenish OL starting at least two-three spots imo with one years experience. The JUCO ranks will have to be searched hard for help.
