He signed with Mizzou but wasn't eligible. He looks like he might be headed to Oregon as a one for one. Did he really have committable offers to Florida and Bama?

Never heard of him.
ETA: A little research shows he was offered by Alabama last Summer at camp, but he wasn't a name associated with Alabama throughout the recruiting cycle last year.

He did to Florida for sure. There was some confusion as to if his first year had counted towards his eligibility or not.
SEC does not allow one year transfers unless they are grad transfers.
Talented guy, but going to be hard to make an impact with only one year to play.

Was a committable offer but the staff told him thanks but no thanks when it was apparent he wouldn't qualify.

It looks like Oregon will get him in today. No one is sure if he has 1 or 2 years.

From my understanding he only has 1 year, which is why he did not qualify at Mizzou.

He's officially with the Ducks. He can request a 6th year once he joins the team. Mizzou couldn't request one because he couldn't be on campus due to the SEC rule.

He committed to Mizzou with his linemate Walter Palmore whose looked pretty good in fall camp. He's good enough to probably be part of your rotation once he gets the scheme down.

He should get the extra year. Kind of bullshite that it counted against him anyway.

Mizzou always finds those awesome under-the-radar type linemen and you guys were blessed to get him. Mizzou fans are disappointed for losing him, but good luck to the Beavers for getting him.

Malik got 30 snaps in his first game and insiders are saying that should double. Essentially he will start.
