They're certainly title contenders but some sports writers are overestimating how dominant they will be. I feel like Indiana's return to at least a relevant team is getting people's expectations up out of control

And Archie Goodwin makes Kobe look like Steve Nash. He passes 2-3 times a game. One of the most selfish players i have ever seen. He may set an NCAA record for nights going 6-17 from the field.

No, that would be Shabazz, if he ever gets cleared

They get everybody back + a true PG in Yogi Ferrell and Zeller has allegedly grown an inch and put on 20 pounds. I don't see a flaw

Shabazz is very selfish but I was much more impressed with him than Goodwin.

But the 2012 class is horrendous throughout. No good points, the bigs aren't impressive either, and the wings are selfish. This will be a terrible year for college ball.

Indiana is the clear cut choice to be number 1 in my opinion, but I can see them falter since none of their guys have experience with the daily and weekly pressure of being a top 10 squad.

Louisville is going to be better IMO. Even with enough injuries to build a wing at University they were a strong Final Four squad last season and they return almost everyone. They're a deeper team than IU with more tourney experience. They should be the preseason #1 (and now I need to go shower).

We'll be alright though. I'd say we have Sweet 16 potential, anything else would be just icing on the cake and another good Cal coaching job. We'll have guys go that we think right now shouldn't and things will work themselves out that way in terms of PT for 2013-2014 (which I think most fans look to as that next big squad for us).

Seriously, it takes more than a starting lineup full of 5 star freshmen to win it all. Last year's team had chemistry to go along with their talent..I remember people predicting the John Wall team to go undefeated

That Wall squad was a shooter short of a Final Four or maybe a Championship. I still believe Cal anticipated Meeks staying on as that shooter.

Strongly disagree especially about the bigs I'll take the crop of Ashley, Tarc, Adams, Austin, Noel, McGary, Coleman and Bennett over any year since 07. Also the top wings not named Bazz are far from selfish.

Louisville doesn't have a superstar, Indiana does in Zeller. I also highly doubt UL has more depth, especially if Cheeks stays healthy.
