Nah, was trying to keep it short. I often type way too much.

It's just he seemed very active and charismatic. When he is coaching, he tells what is needed, very informative to the point, doesn't sugar coat it and even leads by example. But then when he isn't instructing and hanging out he seems like a lot of fun to be around. The players seem to enjoy his personality and demeanor.

I am just basing this off of a few spring practices I saw though.

Ausbon pretty much confirmed some of the things I noticed. That they trust him.

He's a good dude and is one of the best around at connecting with kids. I mean hell look at the WR class he got AU before leaving after that abomination of QB play

What remains to be seen is can he develop WR talent. Guys like Sammie Coates & Ricard Louis were freak athletes but never really developed as consistent polished WRs under him. I don't think he is all that great of a WR coach & would much rather have him working purely as QB coach

I don't have any hard feeling towards him for leaving as he has always been aggressive about trying to become a head coach one day & it's apparent he wasn't happy with his role as co OC at AU. I dream of one day him & TRob working as OC & DC at AU. No idea if they would be any good but good lord the talent we would recruit

Aggies are idiots. Always spouting off to sooth the butthurt. Tell them to lookup Chief's glowing career as a player. Especially, Chief's time in the NFL. Sumlin had an unbelievable career as a player, too.

D. Craig...

Awards...
1996 Independence Bowl MVP
1998 Peach Bowl MVP
1998 Senior Bowl MVP

Craig holds numerous Auburn passing records including completions (216) and passing yards (3,227) in a season, and the single-game record for most net yards gained (445 vs. Army in 1996). He was 18-7 as a starter and earned academic All-SEC honors as a senior in 1997.

Ausbon is visiting A&M the weekend we play Tennessee. He's coming to campus with Mond.

I have no idea if he's going to decommit or not, but you realize you sound like a massive vagina, right?

Actually, I don't think he will decommit tomorrow. Hope I'm wrong. If Les is canned, I think we get him, though.

If he isn't going to LSU, better for all if he opens his recruitment up now.

The last minute decommits are the ones that sux.
