We are returning a 3 year starter at safety and signed a JUCO AA corner, we also have two backups who had good springs in Cedric Jiles and Jameson Love as well as RS FR 4 star Will Redmond

He will have some heated competition this fall. We return two good DE's one being former 5star JUCO transfer DeNico Autrey who really came on late in the season.
I feel Jones will start off as a 2nd teamer and gradually get more and more reps as the season goes along.

From what I'm hearing, unless he matures a lot, he won't see any significant time for any D1 team.

There are some reports that Chris Jones is up to the 290lb range and at 6'7" still doesnt look that big. Its scary to think what he will look like after going through our strength and conditioning program this summer.
