So this thread isn't about Smith anymore. The LSU fans are making shite really annoying to read. The constant attention whoring in every damn thread. We see you, now go play with your corn dog and let the grown ups have a real discussion on football.

I think a lot of UGA fans have moved on. It's pretty clear he's going anywhere but UGA. Hope Richt hasn't though.

It's funny that you are talking up Jamal Adams' hitting ability when all he's famous for are his collisions with air. That's like saying Manti Te'o has the hottest girlfriends or Brian Williams has the scariest encounters in Iraq.

When it comes to Roquan Smith, LSU has about as much of a reason to be in this thread as Aggy. The only people that even mention him and A&M in the same sentence is Aggy.

Ole Miss was in his top 3 until Tom Allen left to be DC at USF. However, he is familiar with our DC Dave Wommack who moved from S coach to LB coach so it's different than having a brand new coach he's never talked to before. I doubt much will come of it but he is communicating with our staff and that would be a huge get for Ole Miss who desperately needs a LB.

so are uga and michigan the main teams? in that scenario obviously im pullin for mich id also like to see harbaugh get a nice addition to his class

I really don't think this kid want to stay in state. He will end up at UCLA.

I haven't heard anything besides his final 4. UCLA, Texas A&M, UM, and UGA.
The latest update is that he is not signing an LOI. He will be verbally committing and enrolling in summer school at the school he chooses.

We'll he sure didnt hide his intentions in that interview, it sounds like Georgia. He should just send in his scholarship papers, no need to wait on his HS coach.

Its not shady. It was outright lying to the kid in order to trap him.
The guy who was his main recruiter, DC, and position coach told him he wasn't going to accept the Falcon's job. He also urged him to send in his letter at 8am. Later that day the leaks got out that the DC HAD accepted the Falcon's job.
They also said they had his major (which Im to understand is just a general business administration degree). When in fact, they do not have this major and instead offer specialized business degrees (which isnt bad, but also isnt what he wanted currently).
