Oh Brother!!! ala Zach Maynard & Uncle Otis for landing Keenan Allen, Nkemdiche has an older brother who has MAGICALLY all of a sudden qualified after signing with a JuCo & looks like he will be attending Ole Miss

Here's the AJC article saying MOMMA wants them to attensd school together LINK /

That story is very, very old and OM is not in it for Robert.

Denzel has already been at OM for a semester btw and Robert hasn't mentioned OM at all in that time.

quote:

•Denzel via cell from Ole Miss: “We’re definitely going to do a ‘package deal’ because that’s what our mom wants us to do. Ole Miss hasn’t mentioned Robert to me. But wherever I sign, that’s where Robert is probably going to sign.”
•Robert: “I’m thinking about it. Wherever my brother goes, I’m going to check it out. That school will have a big advantage because that’s my brother and we’re close.”

On his big brother:

quote:

How good is he? “That kid can run; he’s a great football player,” Conn said. “A lot of people came though and liked him last year. He just didn’t have the academics at the time, so they passed on him. His highlights are unbelievable. That’s why he signed with Gulf Coast. They’ve produced a lot of good players as well, and put a lot into the NFL and, of course, colleges.”

What do the colleges say about Denzel? “They love his speed and explosiveness out of his hips,” Conn said. “He is very explosive, changes directions quickly, and is very physical with tackling. He could play anywhere from linebacker to cornerback.”

Shouldn't a troll with contacts know that this story is Germans and Ole Miss is not even among Nkemdiche's Top 6? Or that he lives with his coach, when his father is on call, who is a former Alabama football player?

Won't happen, Robert is the only one that really doesn't sound "excited" about a package deal.

His mom and brother are pushing it, but I don't think he's interested. Usually mothers have a lot of pull, but Robert doesn't live with her...

Not only is it a new staff, it could be a year that sees little improvement over 2011's 2-10 record. Though I think Freeze will do well in Oxford.

Denzel signed with and qualified to Ole Miss out of high school, idiot.

He was redshirted this past year.

Anyone that believes someone actually has time to sit in their office while working for a major college football program is an idiot. Let alone a workaholic like Saban. That guy would be shite canned his first week.

This. Of course, it will have zero impact on Nkemdiche. He isn't going to Ole Miss. His brother had limited options and Ole Miss was the best choice for him. Robert will have unlimited options and he'll chose whatever he feels is best for him as well, which almost certainly eliminates Ole Miss (no flame to Ole Miss intended).

None taken, I don't expect him at Ole Miss either.

I was just refuting the OP's misconception that this is some sort of conspiracy theory.
