Not when he's a nonqualifier out of highschool -- at which point he has to graduate JUCO before transferring.

If he signs then it counts against the 25 now. That was part of the new recruiting restrictions that were implemented recently.
The explanation on the previous page covered it in that you guys have open scholarships to burn from the last class.

If he can make his grades we may be able to get him into school early... It's also just a way of making some inroads and building better relationships with MS JUCO coaches... After EMCC shite on us last December, Freeze and Co. are trying to make sure something like that doesnt happen again.
