As far as Voorhies goes, everything points to him staying solid to LSU. Not sure exactly where he lives (because I don't know how far the HS attendance zone stretches) but I believe his parents work in Louisiana.

Correct. There is no work to be had in Woodville, Ms... Probably 75% unemployment(seriously)...
He is within an hour of Baton Rouge and 5 hours from Starkville or Oxford -- that much is a fact...

My point is certain guys will go to MSU regardless, and Mullen isn't the main reason. He's not a great recruiter.

Ole Miss is going to get the number 1 player in country and still won't have better class than LSU. Voorhies is already committed to LSU, he was our first 2014 commitment. Why would he go to State when DBU is right up the road. Frozen Follower, you really think Willis was a huge loss when we have 5 defensive back commits including a 5 star.

Merlins has to recruit instate, because signing big time OOS football players is difficult to say the least.
Hell, if they get the Alexander bros it would be a huge coup for them, very rare occurrence.

Who knew that 45 roster MS kids = 64 roster MS kids in the Oxford school of mathematics? Only a 30% difference...
We can look at MS/OOS enrollments for the entire universites, if you'd like...
