It would be a great pickup. Its not really a position of need though. Personally I just enjoy it because State fans just KNEW he was solid which obviously changed somewhat.

Question for ole miss posters: if jones does flip is it a bigger accomplishment signing him or just taking one of states recruits? (which I don't think we will see either.)

FYI - sticking it to MSU falls waaay down on my list.

Here's my list of wants:

1. Alesana Ambrosia
2. Shoot under par this year
3. Recruiting well enough to contend for the SEC West
4. Taco Bell tonight
5. Sticking it to State
6. World Peace

Ole Miss fans don't operate in myopia as much as you would think

He's the second best player in America sticking it to state is far down the list. With Jones and Nkemdiche together our DLine would be amazing.

He's a solid pick up but it would prove that if a player visits both schools then we will almost always win unless there is a playing time issue or some sort of odd connection. CJ was gift wrapped for y'all and we are able to flip him it means we can take what we want. Sticking it state will be fun, but the long term effect of flipping such a locked up prospect is very enticing

I didn't think it was a great position of need for y'all that much although is will be a great player but alot of time and resources were spent to get him to visit ole miss however.

I don't look at Bo Wallace just as a football fan and say wow! He's a good quarterback and Mackey is a runner not much of a threat with his arm. Can that be a big weakness this year?

So where is all the interviews from Cj saying "I'm so confused" or "Im not sure now". You gave it your best shot and came up short. The story of your lives.

Yup. Hypothetically the sickest bookend tandem in OM history, and haven't even played a down yet.

I'd take them over Marcus Tillman and Greg Hardy right now

He visited Ole Miss. He told everyone he wouldn't. His dad loved Ole Miss and Freezus is going to try to lock up Mom. These things all happened/are going to happen.

That is a problem if you're a State fan.

I'm not homerish - you should be worried. If I had to bet on it, I'd probably pick us. Tough call tho considering he's back in MSU territory now. Should be quite the battle

This was Mackey last year. Brunetti most assume will take over that Mackey type role.

What recruits were at the library two nights ago? I was there with some friends and somehow stumbled up to a "vip" area upstairs
