David was a teammate of mine in 1998 and a helluva QB. He went on to play for Ole Miss but was a backup.
I wish Jason Smith would stay in Mobile and play for South Alabama. Can't pass up a chance like that huh? Lulz.

We (McGill) hardly ever have had any players sign on with big name schools in football. Its always the other schools in the area that send out all the talent. I remember playing Blount in 1998. That team was fricking stacked. They had DeAndre Green and Demarco McNeil. Both of those guys played at Auburn but Green got kicked off the team or something. Brandon Johnson and Antwan Odom were big time recruits too from Bryant.
