In 2016 there is really no reason to recruit a pro style QB. Just a way of notating that the QB is less athletic than average in most cases. Go back and look at how the top pro style recruits have fared over the last 10 years or so, it's impressively shitty.

He had 455 yards rushing this year. He isn't exactly a statue back there.

Patrick is a pretty consistent guy. Has he ever posted about Lane Kiffin before? I imagine his opinions haven't changed since then.

I figured Lane would be a liability to Bama due to his baggage. I was obviously wrong. I don't know whether or not he would be as successful at LSU, but as bad as our offense has been for the past several years, I'd understand the hire. If he could convince a 5-star QB to sign with LSU, even better.

Nobody stalked you, SwampGump. I thought it would be interesting to go back read LSU fan's reactions to Kiffin being hired at Alabama. Because I remember most of y'all - and most other SEC fans - having quite the laugh about and predicting that would be the end of the road for Saban and Alabama.
Just so happens your big green t-shirt was next to almost half the posts.
You posted A LOT about how horrible the hire was and how Kiffin would be a cancer to the program yadda yadda yadda.
I mean, I could really "stalk" you and post a lovely retrospective thread on the rant about the big change of heart you guys have had about ole Joey Freshwater. I still have a tab open with all those old threads. Google Site Search is an amazing tool.
I'm kind of tired tonight. Maybe I'll do it tomorrow.
