Anyone can claim offers, but whether they can commit is another issue.

Again I am not saying he does not have skills on the field but it the off the field issues coming out of HS that raised some concerns. Lets not forget he played at 5 different HS in 4 different states. The last two in NC instead of going to Mallard Creek his junior year had to go to a private church school for a year first. Just saying
