Yes, I'm from Minden and I'm plugging a Minden kid on here, but this is a guy that is good enough to play at six or seven SEC schools.
Has 4.5 speed and stands about 6'0" , 180. Kid is an absolute game changer and has been for three years now. Against one of the top 10 teams in Louisiana Class 4A last night he had eight catches for 278 yards and 4 touchdowns.
LaTech, ULL, and Arkansas State are currently the only D-I schools who have offered, but that will change over the next few months.

Why doesn't he have big time offers yet?

He hasn't camped much, think he went to The Opening regional event in Dallas this offseason but that's the only exposure he's had.
Minden isn't a place the big schools think of when they come through North LA. He probably isn't scholarship worthy at LSU or any of the elite SEC programs, but teams like State, Arkansas, Kentucky, etc… should put this kid on their radar.

I ran the chains at the Benton game last Thursday night and got to see him in person. He was really good, best player on the field by a wide margin.
