Jesus, the kid grew up a State fan. Is it that hard to believe people tend to play for their favorite teams?

I believe Leo was referencing Ole Miss.

Who is the 4th? Conner or Robert? Robert has all the talent in the world but I don't know if he's a first rounder.

I would say Treadwell actually. He for sure has 1st round talent but, as of right now, how he bounces back from the injury is still a question mark. Lower leg injuries are tough. He can easily step into the first round if he doesn't miss a beat this year but at the moment I wouldn't have him locked in there.

Ah, I thought the poster was implying both schools in general. Regardless, it's foolish to think he didn't have extra benefits offered from all 3 schools.

Talent wise the guy should be a household name and he's just not. Had horrible technique on the outside ran upfield and was influence blocked (for you football fans out there) more than an SEC DE should be. He makes some plays inside off just being quicker than the guy in front of him but aside from a few hurries he's limited in the interior. Why be almost 300 pounds with elite speed if you can't even use it. Garrett at A&M is doing what Robert was supposed to do. Of course it all IMO, I want all of them to do well they're just kids. I hope he's able to get there but as an fan of the kids and putting school biased aside he's been disappointing "thus far".

He's not playing defensive end. He's been starting at tackle most of his career, including all of last season. But I understand what you're saying.

God damn you're dumb. The kid didn't want to go to LSU. He probably took the money from his visit with Ol Eddie O and ran to Starkville. And it's not like State has had any issue putting linebackers in the league the past few years. Sorry you can't see past your purple and gold glasses. I really hope you find a way to break through your cloud of delusion one day.

Nobody ever doesn't want to go to LSU. All the recruits love the school just as much as they do so when a kid chooses to go elsewhere, its cuz the other school is cheating.

Yet you referenced LSU's last 2 recruiting classes as to why you are trending upward. At least one of those classes is 100% projection.

Which way is LSU trending?

Pre season Top 10

a potential Heisman candidate (7-1 odds according to Vegas)

3 National Recruiter of the Year winners on staff-one being 2014

Still run LA recruiting, even when losing a few

back to back top 5 recruiting classes, and currently leading for five 5* for 2016

honestly, I'm not even remotely worried about where LSU is trending. Even mediocre QB play puts them in contention to win the west. But continue to cross those fingers and hope to see Ole Miss win something of any value.

OM is trending upwards

OM was beat by 39 points in it's last game.

Why we up in your heads? Is Lsu worried the Mississippi schools are about to pass them in their current state of decline?

More worried about Ebola and rising health care cost.
