Most other states have other schools or pro teams. Arkansas is it. You play here and stay in state with a degree. You get a job paying you more than you would otherwise. If you're halfass decent, you get a radio show too.

9,400 posts and credibility doesn't seem to be a big concern of yours.
You seem to know as much about Razorback recruiting as I know about aubarn recruiting, which is very, very little.

......and your definition of "elite" greatly differs from mine.

Stop trolling man...Arkansas very rarely loses in state elite talent.
In the rare case Arkansas does, they never pan out, for out of state schools.
Most recently, Michael Dyer and Kiehl Frazier. Both of whom, had career busts at Auburn and have left the program.

Top talent that has left Arkansas....you fill in the blanks
Kiehl Frazier: Transfered
Michael Dyer: Three schools of transfer
Dakota Mosely: Jail?
Altee Tenpenny: Transfered
Derek Johnson: Transfer
Since 2009 these are the only elite prospects to choose out of state schools.

KJ Hill's stepdad's post from an Arkansas message board:
I'm just thankful that Alabama doesn't have these kind of fans who attack kids for making their college decisions.
quote:
Though I feel I owe none of you explanations concerning our son or anyone in our family, I will give you this...our kid made his decision based on many things that a board will never know. Most of you have such a hate for kids in these situations, that it wouldn't matter what transpired between the kid and the school, coaches etc., I shouldn't have to say this to grown people, but things happen in life to people, that don't happen to you! That's because you are not them!! Which in turn, means you couldn't possibly understand what that person is dealing with in his/her life situation. I'm sick of most ofyou, as much of you claim you are of my family. Contrary to what was said, as far as I could had handled this better, I/we did the best we could in handling this. I will say this for future reference, my family and I have dealt with a lot of kids in this state, as mentors, and they and their families know us. They see how for a football, people in this State will pull their child apart, and make them out to be an evil being, no matter their character. Many have said to us, why would you let your son go to Fayetteville, saying those things about y'all? Even while KJ was committed. He stuck with his commitment for us, until he had reason to be concerned. I don't care that he committed to Arkansas at the Hall of Fame...that was set up by someone else for you guys. He's a hard working kid. Worked for all he has gotten, and don't owe none of you nothing. With that being said, there are others watching how you treat these kids with all this hatred and anger, and I've heard them say they will not allow their child to attend Arkansas. We want our child to be happy, more than make any of you happy. Yeah..maybe I / we could have handled it better, according to some of you, but that's your damn opinion, which, at this point, means nothing to us. Cause in the end, we realize that the majority of you don't really give a damn about us or our family. Just how much you could get out of our kid to help your favorite team win..and that's the truth. In the end, we will be ok, I promise you that. We made it here without you, and will continue to make as we always have..with God & family.
I'm just thankful that Alabama doesn't have these kind of fans who attack kids for making their college decisions.

Say what you want, but its a bad idea all around for a parent to be posting on message boards.
The first one that comes to mind is Dakota Mosley's dad. That didn't work out too well for him/them.

KJs dad sounds a lot like Rashaan Evans dad... living through their kids lives due to their own inadequacies.
Nothing good comes from parents on message boards.

would be interesting to know the success to failure ratio of kids if their parents post on message boards.
can't think of any recent success stories of kids after their parents go full tard on message boards.

So who is KJ considering now? Bama and OSU?

His dad also mentioned in an interview with 247 OM and UF as possible destinations as well. I'm not sure if he could commit to Alabama right now. Charlot is #1 on our board and it seems Cager is #2.

He hasn't visited UF, so that would be a hat on the table. So that leaves OM/OSU if Bama wouldn't take him.

No $urpri$e here that Ole Mi$$ i$ now getting a vi$it
I get it, we are a run based offense. His step-father's actions as well as timing of new school visits sounds more like a business decision than what type offense we will run.
It's not like we aren't going to through the ball vertically

It's his step dad to make it even worse. If KJ has a interview with a recruiting site, Montez is right there to put his quotes in. He's been his mouthpiece for two years, when his recruitment started you had to go through Montez first if you wanted to talk to KJ.
