On Thursday, Auburn landed a commitment from 5-star Georgia Military RB Jovon Robinson. He selected the Tigers over Alabama, Florida State, USC, and others.
Despite the commitment, GMC head coach Bert Williams tells the AJC's Michael Carvell that Robinson has official visits to Alabama and USC planned for this summer.
“From my understanding, he has an official visits set to Alabama and Southern Cal in June. All the college coaches are on the same page with understanding that. They’ve all been recruiting him for a while. Everybody is on the same page with where he’s going and where his visits are,” said Williams.
Robinson ranks as the no. 1 JUCO prospect according to 247Sports.
