Shouldn't be. Chef is one of the biggest frontrunners in recent recruiting memory. We were in his top 2, maybe his leader after we beat LSU, then we're gone after losing to Mizzou. He supposedly grew up a fan and has a UGA backdrop on his twitter page, yet his leaders have always been OSU, Bama, Clemson (when they were the media darling) and now Auburn that they are having such a good season.

If Auburn wins this weekend ( ) he may well end up there.

Don't think we have to win (though we probably will). Atmosphere is what will matter and it will be impressive.

It will matter. He wants to go to a team that wins this year. If Auburn loses, as far back as they are right now, they are eliminated. Don't get your hopes up.

Why? AU will be the favorite to win the SEC next year or at worst co-favorite with bama. What you say makes no sense.

The way RM thinks makes no sense. It just is what it is.

Generally you'd be right in saying that the atmosphere is more important than outcome. RM is a bit of a front-runner diva though, so outcome matters.

It doesn't. But that's just the way this kid is.

Let's be real. We aren't getting McMillan. No point in getting your hopes up.

I have not seen anything to suggest that AU has a shot at the moment and doubt the outcome will play much into it. But this is recruiting and the first battle is getting the kid on campus. I doubt it was hard for the AU staff to sell him on a free visit to see one of the biggest games of the year. No different than the majority of top tier recruits that visited for the UA/LSU game that many knew in the end only came for the game. It may get fans excited but these kids are enjoying the perks of their hard work.

They can never seem to keep home talent at home. Alabama and Auburn storm that state.

Not sure if serious. But look at the recruiting rankings, UGA doesn’t just focus on the state of Georgia. And let’s be real, Alabama raids the state and Auburn gets the left overs (save Montravious Adams). And please save the Carl Lawson talk, UGA never recruited him.

One could argue Auburn has a tough time keeping Alabama talent in house (Reuben, Jameis, etc, etc, etc.) Truth is, Bama gets first dibs. Auburn is not in the same class as Bama, so no need to make any comparisons. Honestly, Auburn needed a miracle hail mary to beat a depleted UGA team at home? Bama would have mopped the floor with the Dawgs

hat is pretty weird, but it doesn't shock me when a kid from Georgia leaves the state...

I actually lived in Hinesville for about six years (Fort Stewart), holy Christ that place is an abomination of an area. A lot of the locals call it ''The Black Hole''.

Not for racist reasons.

Auburn needed a miracle pass to stave off an incredible UGA comeback. UGA played lights out in the 4th. Auburn played lights out the first 3

Abour Raekwon, Auburn fans don't really trust him coming to AU

Holy ish......didn't see this. I actually talked to a family member of McMillans on facebook tonight and they told me that Auburn was the team to beat for him.
Per a Georgia mod.
