I'm still wondering why JaQuay Williams who signed with Auburn then went to Hargrave was able to sign with another SEC school in Texas A&M

Exactly, I'm not saying Yancy is right or wrong. But I mean this is a pretty easy thing to verify .

Jaquay Williams was at Hargrave andwas committed to auburn & switched to A&M Explain this to me WIO

Do you know how much Hargrave costs? They don't just accept anyone that wants to go there. If so, no one would to JUCO because it hurts their eligibility. All you'd have to do is say we will place you at Hargrave as long as you sign the agreement. Apparently that agreement was to ensure he doesn't sign with another SEC school out of Hargrave. Not everyone does this. It's a new rule and this is the second time ibe heard of it. FTR this was brought up last week by Neil and Chase. Once again, what is embarrassing about losing a previously committed player back to the best program in the country. Why would he make that up. Yancy didn't make shite up when we lost Shaq to UGA, Leslie to LSU, Herron to LSU and others. There's no motive. Y'all's obsession with Yancy clouds your reason.

Did Jaquay commit to A&M after Chiz was fired?

Yancy Porter ?@YancyPorter
Brandon Hill signed an SEC agreement when he went to Hargrave that bounds him to Alabama. He now can not go to another SEC school.

He makes it sound like it's an SEC rule -- not a Hargrave rule. If any such rule existed, why would it not apply to JUCOs as well? Why would Liggins be allowed to go to any school other than LSU? ETC...

The coaches at Hargrave make it a point of preference for their guys to honor their initial LOI -- that is a fact. But if it is a "RULE", no one has ever heard of it. Otherwise, that would have blocked Hill from ever committing to Ole Miss in the first place -- and even if he had called and tried to, it would have never been made public.

It's a not a rule. It's an agreement that Brandon signed. He didnt know exactly what it meant that's why he committed to OM. The past two weeks was OM vs Bama not recruiting Hill but going over the validity of the agreement he signed. You don't have to sign the agreement but its been around two years and most programs are trying to get players to sign them if they are a true place player as in they want him badly.

What, exactly, would the player gain from signing any such agreement?

If such a thing did exist, it would not be worth the paper that it is printed on.

It's a real agreement. Not something that Saban drew up at the kitchen table. Hill didn't know exactly what it meant thus why he committed to OM. Just like state fans were sayin we got Hill because Bama didn't want him y'all will say anything to down play OM recruiting.

Why wouldn't we just recruit all the kids that are grade risks and make the ones that want to go to ole miss sign it? Boom, they make it we have a commit and if not we have one next year or if he doesn't pan out we dump him. If this rule is real you would think people would have heard of it even if it is new.
