9 would have been a 10 with a better RB situation. I like Ralph Webb but would have liked him better as a 2nd back.

With the circumstances, just a Kenny Lacy away from a 10.

Realistically, as far as impact on the won/loss record, probably a 7.

Collins, Kirkland, Henry have solid chances of being All SEC Freshman team.

I give us a 10 with the circumstances. I was going to say 9.5 but Tenpenny and Lacy were never coming here to begin with.

I'll say a 9 because Elijah Daniel flipped last second.

7.5

We struck out the last week, but we have a very solid class. There are a ton of doomsday Dawgs, but I think we filled some pressing needs. The one prospect with the biggest upside that got away was Mont Adams. Outside of that I really cannot complain.

We were an Elijah Daniel LOI away from being #2 on 247 behind Alabama... We were an Elijah Daniel LOI and a Chris Jones LOI from being #1 on 247

just would have liked another DB.

Don't need one with Humphrey coming in next year. Marlon is the best CB prospect in years. He could legitimately be a top 3 player in the nation next year.

Question was "how happy are you with your recruiting class"

Considering we shitcanned our coach, had a 3-9 season and had two 5 stars jump ship, it is hard not to be happy with this class.

I call it an 8 on happiness. Alexander or Cunningham would have probably put me at a 9 but without another DT we never hit that 10 mark.

In terms of talent and how I would feel about this class in a normal year? I give it a 7. For a SEC West school this is pretty average, lacking in positions such as DT, LB and CB. Will cause serious depth concerns at those positions in the future due to lack of prospects signing at those positions

Very well put. We already have dpeth issues at DT adn LB, and this class did little to fix that. Two HS DTs in the last two years is not going to fix our issues.

I'd go 9.

I didn't expect Vanderdoes because we were too late to the party so I don't look at that as a miss.

That being said we did miss on Adams, Connor, and Tunsil. Losing 2 to Ole Miss isn't 10-worthy.

I'm pretty sure we had the highest point total ever on Rivals which should give a pretty good indication on the strength of this class. Plus, we had quite a few kids come in who are not scared of competition (the RBs), so I am even more thrilled about that.
