Wonder if this kid could have stopped 4th and 31 ?

He was passed up at outside corner which made the move to nickel make more sense but he wants to be a corner.

Eh it's whatever, 2024 #1 CB moved in this morning.

That is not true. You’re probably thinking of Daniel Harris who is a CB in the same signing class. He also played a lot but majority in garbage time.
Yes, he will be good for whatever team he signs with. He will likely start.

If he played any meaningful snaps I honestly missed them.

Imagine being 19 and telling Kirby smart that he is wrong about the position you should be playing

A lot of these kids are listening to agents and/or their parents telling them that outside corners get paid more, which is generally true, but very few people are cut out to play corner in the NFL.

May be people in his ear. He also looks pretty solidly built and a sure tackler so I could see star.

I would say about 1/2 the players leaving via portal UGA would love to have kept - AJ being one of those guys. Porter is correct though in staff thought AJ’s best path was as safety and that wasn’t AJ’s preference.
Teams like UGA, Bama and Ohio State - teams that have more depth and have recruited better than others the last 4 years will have more portals - between tampering and just overall lack of satisfaction to a starting position- it’s gonna happen at a higher rate - this is what college football is now(NIL/Portal) - the majority of players now aren’t going to wait their turn - if they have high talent and aren’t starting or promised starting gig by Sophomore year - a lot are gonna leave town.

Where are you reading that? I am genuinely curious, because if I repeated the stuff I read on the Rant...well....you get the idea.

And yet here we are where y’all still lose to both programs and then shite talk about moral victories like that’s going to win you something.

I see the Uga fans have followed Bama fans down the process road of excuses.
Someone tell them they will be losing guys just because of NIL now too.
Are you insinuating that in order to get players to Auburn you have to pay them?

I really really don’t think you guys understand how DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP Georgia’s roster is.

You’ve lost nearly 25% of your roster in the last two weeks

The same amount was lost last year, so what’s your point ?

Never thought I’d get to this point, but the circus of NIL and portal is really making me care a whole lot less.
