Composite should account for excessive outliers. That's crazy.

Composite should just be an average of Rivals and 247 IMO. Scout and ESPN are retarded sometimes.

it looks like he isn't rated well on rivals either. they have him at 199 or am i missing something

A player committed to my team is rated lower than a player I believe to be inferior that is committed to a team I don't like. This recruiting service favors said other school, and is anti-my school.
