The hell it was flame free. Alabama had two commits today. Guess which thread is 5 times as long.

You don't consider 6'0 190 that can still run a 4.3ish elite measurables?

IMO KT is well ahead of where the others were though.

I saw Toliver on a list of older prospects for the 2015 class. How old is he? 19? There was a twitter debate a couple of weeks ago about how to compare prospects who aren't the same age because in theory an older prospect should be further along than a younger one. Hump just turned 18 a couple weeks ago. Imagine how dominant he would be if he played this year in the high school ranks.

Full disclosure: Bama is taking a WR who was also on the older prospect list, Calvin Ridley. I don't see anything wrong with it. I'm just simply asking whether you can definitively compare two prospects' development when they are at different stages age wise.

This. And the other commit is actually the better of the two.

Lots of backhanded congrats.

And just as many Gumps trying to take a jab at LSU instead of celebrating getting a good player.

By a whopping 4 spots in composite and actually behind by 9 spots in the 247 rankings?

Always amuses me when Bama fans try to blame blameless victims in the flame threads. There was very little flaming in this thread until Capstone starting talking about backhanded compliments. The Bama fan marginalizing an LSU commit and happy to give away a recruit Alabama is heavily recruiting simply because he may end up at LSU has done significantly more to frick this thread up than any LSU fan.

I was extremely impressed with Robertson's highlights as both a return man and a WR. So if you are saying Carter is every bit as good then hole-e-shite...Saban rocking it again in 2016!!

He's really good. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly how good he is playing in 1A though.

We love giving you a few.....most don't do much anyway.

LSU will replace him with another elite guy.

Congrats

And how does the number of pages matter? You realize this place can have civil discussion for longer than one page, right?

Your fellow LSU fan, BASED, made it quite known that LSU didn't need him, "LSU hadn't offered", and "he was the odd man out" all in the first two pages.

How is that flaming? It's the truth. He was one of 4 without an offer. That makes him literally the odd man out. And to say LSU doesn't need him is also true, given the current commits.

You either don't know what flaming is, or you need to stop being sensitive.

It looks like sour grapes. And it was repeated several times in the first few pages. And is the company line every time Alabama gets a commitment from a Louisiana kid.

We are DBU. If a CB doesn't want to come to LSU that's on him, LSU will be alright in the secondary

That's no more of a troll than stuff like the very 1st two posts of this thread by your own fans.

This board is one of many on here that is absolutely awful, but the thread was largely OK until you started chastising LSU fans.

I don't understand your second quote. Do you not consider the #1 CB recruit on 247 to be elite? Of course not because he isn't committed to LSU.

And with the first comment, I do like Louisiana recruits. The 2015 class seems a little dull without the tooth and nail fight for a recruit against LSU. Louisiana has proven to be a good talent bed for Alabama, and I am happy that we are keeping that pipeline going.
