Serious question, how does he not sign tomorrow? Like what happens in that situation when does he sign?

He can sign at a later date.
Kid is becoming a prima donna. Almost leery about us signing him. He is one of those you have spend a year 'un-recruiting' him after he signs because he thinks it is still his way or the highway.

Tomorrow is the first day you can actually sign. Doesn't mean you have to sign tomorrow.

He will send in his fax around 9:20 AM EST tomorrow.
This one has been done since Friday night.
Edit: Not sure if it was 9:20 CST or EST, but the coaches are expecting his fax.
He told Kyle Phillips and Kahlil Friday night. Told the coaches Saturday morning. Kahlil then was informed about mid-day and that's why he tweeted at CHF Saturday night.
These coaches don't stop working up here in Knoxville, man, I'm tellin' ya.
I'm glad I don't have their job.

None set in stone, but I've heard rumblings around Thornton.

No reason to. He likes Ole Miss, but his heart is in Knoxville. He was committed there for 6 months. He wants to send in his fax and be done with it.
He called the staff in early January when Phillips committed but we had planned for Allen to commit, so there would be no room. When Allen delayed his announcement, the coaches and Drew started to mend their relationship and Drew's been set since. OV was just the cherry on top.
