I think he is just stating that those are reasons that will be rumored to come into play after Fournette takes his official this weekend.
Who would have more firepower over the next few years on offense?
Bama: Cornwell/Bateman, C-rob and others
LSU: Harris/Jennings, Speedy, Dupre, Quinn

I know, but I'm saying I've always thought if we were to shock the world and land him, those would be real reasons. But I don't know if he cares about the earning the job part or about playing with C-Rob and DC.

Well, assuming Cornwell is the QB
QB: Cornwell
OL: C-Rob, Casher/Hassenauer, etc on the OL
TE: OJ Howard
WR: Robert Foster, Raheem Falkins, Derek Kief, Cameron Sims, Chris Black
Bama is basically saying "We'll give you a QB with unreal upside, an elite Offensive Line, and big possession receivers to keep the chains moving and keep defenses honest so you can gash defenses behind the aforementioned OL. And we have countless other stud backs that will push you to be better and help give you breaks so we don't put too much on your body. Oh, and the defense? The defense is gonna be top 10, probably top 5, every year you're here, so we won't have to throw to catch up."
Which is more firepower? I don't know, both are gonna be insane offenses over the next few years, but I'm willing to bet all Bama fans will say Bama, and all LSU fans will say LSU.

Look, Bama is stacked at RB, LSU, not so much if we lose the projected RB's that we all seem to think we will lose. Hill, Hillard and Blue pretty much seems to be heavily leaning to going pro.
