At all the Ole Miss fans in this thread jealous because this kid had absolutely no interest in them. Once again, as long as State is finishing top 3 for players of this quality, that SECCG is right around the corner....

He's got an SEC frame, but he is not an SEC player.
I watched him play against an far inferior team this year, and that team's 5'10 offensive guard literally manhandled him all night long. I left that game feeling like the only reason he had any SEC offers was because that size and body style doesn't grow on trees and you can't coach it.
He's a decent high school player. He's not an SEC caliber player.

We have four 4* defensive ends. Taking a chance on a 3* with Thomas' body type is a decent gamble for a fifth DE in a class.

Bundy used the almost exact same paragraph about OM fans in the Humphrey thread, since he wasn't considering Ole Miss. Neither was Thomas but there's a dozen or so OM fans in this thread with very few Miss State fans.
