, he could have weak hands tomorrow boys. Everything reported at these all-american camps should be taken lightly, because they're just tiny snippets of a tiny bit of playing action. I can't think of any All-American performance in either practice or the game that ever really meant anything.

Didn't Marlon Humphrey get toasted by a no star wideout in his last game?
Not trying to troll, I actually like Humphrey a lot as a player.
You can talk about camps all you want, but One on Ones in WR DB drills and OL DL drills don't really show much about a player at any level of football.

I'm not doubting that. I think Quinn will be a fine player for LSU... I just think Sims is gonna end up being a good player for Bama, also.

No ones coach is perfect. We will see how Falkins and Sims progress in the future, if Sims becomes eligible

Sims wouldn't come to our camps when he wasn't a surefire take and we had three better WRs on our big board so we didn't offer him.
Still a really good player but I really don't get why the Gumptards in this thread are flaming. We're arguably overloaded on skill position guys this cycle as it is, why would we bend over backwards to get the 4th best WR in the state

If y'all are talking about the rankings for the top 3 WR's in the state then Sims is not in it. You showed the rankings for just 247's top 3. The composite top 3 has Quinn ahead of Sims. LSU has the top 3 WR's in LA this year. In any other year we would take Sims as a project. Maybe try to bulk him up for TE, but I wanna see who clocked him running a 4.55 because the dude don't run a 40 in 4.55. Maybe a 30 yard dash?
