The decision half the country has been waiting to see, Cam Akers the #1 RB in the country. HSFN will have an interview with Clinton head coach Judd Boswell and a break down of depth charts at potential schools. Then the main event the decision of Cam Akers followed by an interview with Cam.

All I know is that both Ole Miss and FSU staffs have been given good news the last couple of days. Idk anything about Tennessee in this situation.

IMO, Cam is hands down the best player in this class. Even though he isn't considering UGA, I'll be paying attention to his decision.

Ole Miss needs this guy desperately. Their class is a disaster thus far.

He would be the crown jewel of their class no doubt. At one point I would have said that LSU was the leader but not so much now over the last few weeks. I'm thinking it's FSU, but I wouldn't be shocked at all if he stays home and goes to Ole Miss.

They also haven't had a running game in the Freeze Era. If they miss on him, their class is a disaster, they'll still have no running game, and they'll still have probation to look forward to.

Our "insiders" are probably the least reliable and credible around so I don't put much stock into what they say. I think it's FSU. From what I've read he loved Jimbo, FSU will be in playoff contention the next 3 years with that QB and Akers can immediately replace Cook. I certainly hope he picks Ole Miss, but it's impossible to blame him if he chooses FSU or LSU given the success of those programs.
