He meant Eddie Bauer. He was looking to purchase some new some trunks to show off his figure.

I agree. He's gonna bring in big ten power football to dethrone bama because that's the proven formula for beating them.........

Because there is a proven formula for anyone to beat Bama.

Such a terrible argument.

ok so Bret is going to out recruit saban for the same type of players, then out coach him at his style of game? The only way to beat saban in ground and pound is to have bigger and better athletes and superior coaching, and I just don't see it with Bielema.

We might not have the exact formula but its definitely not trying to out-saban saban himself. Although ol Johnny football and that cam fella seem to have had some luck with a hurry up spread.

Two Heisman trophy winning qb's in games that went down to the last drive/play. Good example of a formula that works.

People focus too much on Bama. No one in the West has a formula to beat them.

Bielema's style of play is good enough to beat everyone else in the West. Then you just have to hope you cause Bama to have more turnovers than you if you want to have a chance against them.

Run the ball and limit 3 and outs.

The one think I like about BB is that his teams are in every game. Even in his 5 loss season last year, I believe 3 were OT games and the other 2 were less than 7 points or less.

I'm sure he's just a fan of the show 24 and was attempting a search for Jack Bauer, but forgot the character's name and the first thing that popped into his melon head was Andy Bauer.

Common mistake.

Oh, by the way Woopig, your sig image is done per your request. Everyone is confused as to why you'd request a sig image and then never check the thread again.

So heisman qbs running a spread are 2-0 vs saban? Sounds like a winning formula to me.

Well there really isn't much of a sample to prove from. The only power running team to beat them is LSU. A team that can recruit at the same level as Bama. Arkansas isn't going to recruit on that level consistently.

That definitely doesn't mean that Arkansas cant beat them or that they wont. We shall see.

We smoked Lsu with a ground and pound style with Petrino coaching.

Think about that for a second, if possible. You've done nothing but parrot so I'm not sure you can think for yourself.
