Saint it amazes me too but, Gump delusion is Gump delusion. LF is still an LSU lean and I haven't seen or heard one thing that's changed that line of thinking in months.

Sure you did. You just said in this thread to another poster that Bama didn't need LF but y'all were gonna take him anyway.
97% of the recruiting experts have LF to LSU, but you seem to know more than they do. Its time to call Ripleys

i don't how a football player can attend bama with so much pressure to win a national title every year ,there is probably more pressure put on bama players than at any other college

Funny how there is nothing special about this year in terms of in state talent, yet this class may end up better than 2008. Just another year in the dynasty.

I said Bama WILL take him
Posted on 12/5/13 at 11:06 pm to BuccWildBammer
Exactly so you know more than the experts, because 97% have him to LSU

Meh the inclusion of CBs are pointless because once a couple people close get a scoop they change the CB
Hey I'm just saying a lot of people on the LSU side aren't giving Bama the credit that they are still in this, and Bama has already pulled 2 guys OOS with LESS connection to Bama than Fournette
I'll just see how his OVs go and I guess we will see when he announces

He predicts something major will happen on his visit to them most likely, that'll erase the huge lead LSU has for his services. He's pulling shite outta thin air and hoping you'll fall for it.

It really can't be said enough on here that there is a HUGE difference between North Louisiana and Nola. You seem to be pretty knowledgable ( for the most part ) so I'm surprised that you don't know that. It's no secret why the recruits that Bama has pulled from Louisiana are from there. Landon Collins was an exception. Lacy was a Take but there were grades issues. Those are the only two that I can remember from the south that went to Bama. I don't think there is a chance in hell that LF goes to Bama but the fact that he is listening is worth something

I know exactly how it is perceived in NoLa and I also know about St Aug HS and if he was at any other HS in NoLa, he would already be committed I think but at St Aug there are just as many staff connections from Bama as LSU
He's listening to both sure and its also true that LSU has a gap and Bama doesn't and its also true LF doesn't care, he wants to compete and beat the best to earn what he gets.
You can't name this and that guy and say "exceptions" yeah LSU had no faith or little faith in Lacy and Burns did a great job as did Saban on Collins, well its the same "exceptions" with Fournette if he chooses Bama, notice I said "IF"

I don't think the Burns St Aug connection is gonna be enough but we will see

Also there's his lil brother Lanard, Leonard has stated multiple times how much it means to him to continue to be a positive force in his brothers life. Lanard still has another year at Aug, so he wants to stay close. Bama will make their push no doubt and ya'll have a chance... But I believe the family connection and the fact that Miles has been extremely loyal to him his entire recruitment will continue to keep LSU on top

Fair enough
I guess we will see, him visiting on such a huge weekend along with a lot of guys now including Big Cam and Cornwell is a big deal to me
We will see how it plays out

The fact that he's visiting when these other guys do is huge. Seeing the talent that he'll have around him at Bama could be that little push that we need to get him. Still will be a tough get, but we've gotten some of those before.

Or he could just be using the opportunity to talk to CR about staying home to rep the boot.

He's a lot more interested in going to Bama than ANYONE believes except Bama staff, and saying anything to Big Cam about going to LSU at this point is a lost cause

so Leonard has a brother named Lanard?.....
