And all Sherman guys.

Sumlin really benefitted from all those pro style players

Didn't sumlin use their OL coach as his sacrificial lamb last off-season? He was the last guy I thought they would fire. I doubt that helped with anything.

The posts on this second page are so petty I think LSU is a very close third, but to say LSU is way far behind is naive. This wouldn't be Jeff Grimes' first or last major coup when no one thought LSU had a chance.

He's Ole Miss bound. I do not expect him to visit us this weekend. He'll likely announce shortly that he isn't visiting.

If it's really ole miss and not Bama, I think LSU can make it interesting

We've swept in late and gotten some big time guys nobody said we would recently, including a few olinemen (Teuhema, Weathersby, Valentine-Ochecki)

We will have an open spot at both tackles most likely next year

we will have both tackle spots open as well. After the game this past Saturday little was the first recruit to call our coaches and congratulate them after the win. He loves him some Freeze.

I don't have high hopes for little at LSU but I guess there's an outside chance. Definitely feels like Ole Miss or Bama. Lord knows he doesn't wanna go back to that dumpster fire in college station.

I think we sign Little. Allen will go to LSU (he'll redshirt because he needs polishing but will be excellent two or three years in), and Bama will sign that white guy who got his fifth star today.

We'll all be fine and have some sweetass tackles

Y'all have been right there for him for a while, I understand that. But it is a while til signing day. If he knew he wanted to commit to Ole Miss, I think he would have kept that Nov 2nd commit date and put on that Ole Miss hat. I think the LSU visit and recent push has made him want to evaluate some more, and I think LSU has a fighting chance. May not win, but they have a fighting chance.

Allen is being brought to LSU to be a guard, all the way.

If he's signed as a guard, he will get into the rotation faster. It'll take him a lot less time to get acclimated that way but I'm not educated on LSU's guard depth.

LSU didn't "sweep in late" to land Teuhema. Y'all took his 3* brother in the Class of 2014.

We swept in to get both, bro. Why's he a thug?

Btw that thug 3* had as many sacks as a freshman as Dashawn Hand

Oops. My bad. I confused him with Trey Lealaimatafao.

I'll remove the thug part.

But you didn't sweep in late to get the younger brother. He was still a Junior in high school at the time. I applaud Miles and Co. for taking the older brother to help land the younger one.

Alabama certainly failed to do so with Robert Nkemdiche and Keenan Allen and they should have.

Yes we did. The brothers were always going to go to school together and the oldest flipped at the last second of his signing day thus locking up the younger brother. If Sione would have stayed and signed at Texas, Maea would have also. Last minute sweep it was

Both are freshman. We may only lose 1 Olineman this year, tackle Vadal Alexander. And honestly Little may be thinking why not come block on one of the best Lines in the nation with the best RB in the nation. Seems pretty enticing to say the least. He'd have a chance to start from day one here at tackle. And LSU will be even better next year with what we have coming back.
