Sullivan more than likely will be playing DE in college

Not from the film I've seen he won't. But it's possible. Heck he doesn't look any different than Arden Key.

Makes me wonder if there is more to this de commitment than just wanting to "play the process out.".

Are you asking about the back story or the most recent issues?

Most recent issues. Is he going to play this year?

LSU can use that spot for another much needed front 7 recruit

completely agree

I am fine with where LSU stands at WR for the time being. I'd like Sullivan to recommit, but if not, I'm good with it. Esp since it means he'd be going to the Big 12 anyways.

It isn't looking like it. I won't be surprised in the least if he ends up a Longhorn, anyway.

Might be a good thing for y'all honestly, opens up another spot and don't have to deal with a potential headache. There are plenty of good WRs out there

...and a lot of time left. If Harris has improved as much as it sounds, we will get a lot more interest from OOS WRs during the season.

And a ton are already young and on our roster, so we really dont need any.

I want Sullivan to recommit but I thought it was wasteful to take 3 commits from WRs this class with our front 7 defensive needs. We need like 5-6 DL and 5-6 LBs.

We dont have a single senior WR on the roster and only 1 draft eligible junior (Dural). Diarse is a draft eligible sophomore but no way he'd leave. He's like our #4/#5 WR.

Don't forget we have Brandon Martin coming in, in January. He was one of the best receivers in the UAA game but was a 3* because he went to a shite show school.

Sullivan is a stud but wr is a luxury position for us this class. Press Davis finally and chase the top flight guys. If one jumps on board then great. If not oh well.

If LSU presses for Davis then he will be LSU. His family wants him at LSU and he loves LSU. We have never put any pressure on him at all. If we do then there's nothing OM can do about it,Patterson or not. Yet to be seen if we press but if bet he's first on the list because Ball loves him.

The absolute earliest Martin could transfer anywhere in D1 is June of 2016. And that is if he takes enough credits over three semesters and a summer to graduate by then.

TCU is his most likely destination. Has family in Texas.

I don't feel good about Martin ending up at LSU.
