The kid is a player, no doubt. Your offense fits his skill set.

They will block their way to the NFL, like usual

There will be alot of moving parts going through the offense when Spring practice starts. You can expect to see more passing production from LSU in 2016.

Didn't they say this exact same thing last year?

This is the recruiting board man. You and Farmer really need to go back to the Rant.

Passing yards per game went up by about 20 yards this year.

Discussion of ones offense and how it affects the players it recruits / gets commits from is clearly relevant for recruiting. For example if in 2014 you said no good RBs should go to A&M because they aren't used enough, it would be true. I think some people are having trouble accepting the truth if its not sunshine.

Considering A&M's QB's ran out like they were in a burning dumpster I wouldn't be making fun of any one else's QB.

Nice pickup. #2 WR in the state, and it's a loaded state for WR at that! Looks like a quick guy to put in the slot just based on his 6'0", 170 lb stats. Looks like the shortest receiver LSU took this year was Coxie at 6'3". I guess LSU's been trying to get taller at WR with this class. Kinda makes sense since they really haven't done much to set up any sort of west-coast passing the past couple years. If all you're going to do is throw the 15+ yard ball on play action, you may as well only be recruiting basketball players to go up for them.

Lotta hate in this thread. LSU fans saying we've picked the state clean of the all WRs we wanted (the guy had an LSU offer and visited multiple times, probably just didn't wanna go to LSU), A&M fans with the usual "WRTS, Louisiana Pipeline, We always get our guy" (that sort of talk doesn't even really warrant an intellectual response, haha).

How did he not choose A&M over LSU?

When will aTm fans stop equating getting a Louisiana prospect to commit to their school over LSU as actually beating LSU?

I still remember how insufferable this place when speedy committed to aTm
