Yeah we went into Missouri again and got our top target at Link for the second time.

That pipeline we've established at the top HS basketball school in the country is huuuge!

Not only that, but Mizzou's 24th ranked class is 14/16 in the SEC in avg player rating. Only State and Vandy have worse overall talent coming in.

And yet Mizzou is #9 in the country, playing in a NY6 bowl with worse ranked recruiting classes than that.

Where is Arkansas again?

Dumpster fire but as a 4-8 team we shouldn’t be this close in recruiting rankings tbh.

Arkansas is 12. Will jump to 11 when Shaw officially commits and gets added.

Recruiting rankings aren’t how to build a team. Matching parts is better than a bucket of parts that don’t fit together.

The leading rusher in the SEC says hello regarding rankings. We all know those rankings are absolute. I will defer to coaches evaluation and how they recruit to fill needs.

It’s not a pipeline with the school it’s pipeline with their coaches. They will go through coaches every 2 to 3 years.

To start the year Jalen Shelly was the 5th highest ranked player on Link.

Out of the top 6 players on Link to start the year Mizzou got 2, KU 1, Texas 1, Ark 1, and 1 is not committed. Last year Tennessee signed 2, LSU 1, UNC 1, and Baylor 1. Hawgs have signed 2 in the last 3 years and Tennessee has signed 3. It’s not quite a Hawg pipeline.

Jordan Walsh is tied for 5th highest ranked player to come out of Link since 2022.

Agreed. A lot of successful coaches aren’t the most likable.

Other than maybe the top 2-4 football programs in the SEC, I'm just not sure the recruiting rankings matter all that much. This conference is where the talent goes to play...period. Year in and year out, top 25 classes are in the teens in the SEC...that's life in THE SEC.

No doubt. There’s only 2 teams in the conference capable of sustaining big winning seasons each year right now where they just reload. The rest are subject to up and down seasons as they try to develop non 5 star players. The portal is just a finger in the dike to help ward off what could be flood of sorrow.

I don’t see any teams getting to Georgia and Bama’s situation anytime soon including the new arrivals.

Link gets players all over the country lol. None of them are from Mizzou except Rowe.

an improved Mizzou helps a Georgia, an improved Ole Miss helps an Alabama,

Divisions are gone now and each team is at the mercy of the schedule and permanent teams we’ll be given.

You are on your own now.

Hopefully each school won’t be dealt what they have had when this new deal arrives.

I don’t think Hogs fans are in a position to clown anyone.
