If so, it has to be a playing time pitch.

You will know Auburn feels they are out of it for Warrior when Daniel Thomas commits to Auburn.

Supposedly Warrior is going to let the coaches know today so back-up plans can go ahead and get committable offers.

That's the word. Wow. It would be brutal if Tennessee struck out on both, wouldn't it?

So Auburn insiders are saying Warrior to AU?

No Auburn insiders have been reporting for a couple weeks that we were in it more than everybody else thought. Which I believed was just BS at the time. But now a lot of guys with no connection to AU are starting to predict AU.

I still don't believe we're getting him but I'm now open to the possibility we might get him.

AU insiders have yet to predict Warrior to AU FYI

IF they announce their commitments. (Thomas, i mean) If he commits and Auburn doesn't announce the Thomas commit nobody will know until Wednesday.

While poorly worded, yes you are correct. Warrior COULD tell Auburn he is going elsewhere and Auburn offer Thomas and he commits. Auburn COULD not announce until Wednesday.

Yes, known Auburn insiders Adams, Simmons, and Bone are picking AU.

I am sorry for not following recruiting closely like you, joe.

Where does he end up?

And right on point... Daniel Thomas was just informed he will not be getting an offer because the class is full, per Montgomery Advertiser.

It's happening

He is going to be a Vol. Auburn is #2. Here is what his dad said recently:

"He’s a grinder. I tell him about the things and what he to expect before even when he gets to school — when he gets to Tennessee. I just tell him the things that you’ve got to expect. He’s not going to live in my shoes. He’s got his own path."

I would be pretty shocked if auburn was the choice.

Auburn felt like they had some momentum going into the weekend, but from everyone I've talked to Warrior and his family had a great weekend in Knoxville.

I've never called anyone a lock and I'm not going to do that, but I would be very surprised if Warrior isn't a Vol come signing day.

Do we need to have a discussion about Vol mods again?
