UF staff really made Jayvaughn a priority early when NCM didn't seem like much of an option. I think the UF staff has always preferred Victor, so that explains it to a degree. It will be interesting to watch how this plays out moving forward, considering UF is thought to lead for Victor by a decent margin. If that starts to shift, we will know why.
