Sweet , great to keep him home...I was worried about Notre Dame for so long. I hope he develops, some scouts see him as an interior offensive lineman. Still has some muscle to add

Now I'm hearing were not done on the Oline..were are also in (supposedly) with one of the tackles from Texas & the tackle from Overland Park KS of the KC Metro area, who is also a 5 star on some sites..this could be a very special class

Offers from everybody. Can't be overstated how big these types of recruits are for the program, and Drink certainly brings em in more than any other coach we've had

I like Drink, but our NIL brings them in.
Congrats to Lange and Mizzou. Always love getting OL, above every other position.

Then why aren't others not using enough NIL to get him over Drinkwitz?

If they get the Texas tackle, then that would be a massive coup.

Some of you retards are really gonna die on this Hill that Drink is not the best thing to ever happen to missouri despite having proof right in front of your face.

You're young. I said I like Drink. If Pinkel and others had NIL, they would have drawn more talent to Mizzou.
We have a nice population with a decent amount of corporations and a good farmer class. Mizzou makes gains compared to their previous status because of NIL.
If we had Drink before NIL, I think he would have been our best recruiter since the 1970's.

I'm 38, you're obviously an old dumb arse boomer.

Pinkel had every opportunity to recruit just like Drink, he just couldn't pull it off.

They have the same relative playing fields vs the rest of the country.

Use your mf'ing brain. You are all just biased against Drink because you are too stubborn to admit you were completely wrong about him.

Strange debate to wander in on.

Anyway good pickup for Missouri

Missouri is a weird state where a lot of people tend not to give credit where it is due.

Most of them will tell you they loved Pinkel, but a lot of them shite on him his first 7-8 years as well.

You are a young 38. Still think you know everything.
I liked Drink from the start.

So NIL wouldn't have helped Pinkel?

I will reiterate: OL are the most important recruits to me, and I love getting highly rated ones. Looking forward to Lange at Mizzou.

I don’t think Pinkel’s personality would have been near as successful as Drink.

Eli is savvy with social media, word play, and doing the seemingly weird things that hype teens up.

Gary was a stoic type. NIL may have helped but Eli is straight up a better salesman.

I think you and I have said the same thing in this thread regarding Drink, then.
I'll refrain from discussing this in this thread further.
