Georgia fans? What was the story with the decommit?

Had little to no contact with the current staff. He's too small for what Pittman and Kirby envision for the offensive line. So in short, he was processed.

Hasn't been given a spot in our class yet. Reese, a FSU commit, has dibbs on our last OL spot.
He very well could cancel if we don't make him feel good about why he is coming.

We have way more than just 1 OL spot.
I think we would take all of Lashley, Cushenberry, Reese & Dowdell - esp w/ the OL problems we had this year.
Hearing Dowdell visit is still happening.

We're taking Cushenberry, Lashley, along with Greg Eiland and Deruen Parker. That leaves probably only 1 more spot.
That spot is for Stewart Reese. Dowdell is after that.
I see us taking 5 OL, not 6.

I like Dowdell's upside, he does not have quite the size Pittman prefers but give him a RS and he can pack on 20-25lbs pretty easily. This might be one UGA regrets letting go 3 yrs down the road.

He is 6'3-4 and 310 lbs. How big does he want them?

Good question, I thought he was in the 280 range. UGA is loaded with OG's just lacking at OT, that's probably the main reason he was processed.

Georgia doesn't have any offensive line commits under 6'5.
